TE connectivity superseal connector system
The TE Connectivity superseal connector system includes the
superseal 1.0 series and the
superseal 1.5 series. The superseal 1.0 series is designed for
line-to-plate (1.0 mm) and
ECU applications, under the hood or wherever sealing is required.
Used for off-road vehicles,
trucks, or applications. The locking mechanism adopted by superseal
1.0 series can ensure
that the contact is correctly and completely inserted into the
shell during the inserting process,
and can prevent the contact from detaching. The series meets the
sealing requirements
specified in IEC 529 and DIN 40050 i.p 6.7. The te connectivity
superseal 1.5 series is
designed for line-to-line (1.5mm) and ECU applications for
vehicles, trucks, buses, and off-road
vehicles. The series exceeds the IP 67 level requirements specified
in IEC 60529 and
DIN 40050-9. The superseal 1.5 series performs well in harsh
environments.
